  • We provide medication for our patients through participating pharameutical companies' patient assistance programs.
  • We distribute a limited number of vouchers to local pharmacies when necessary.
  • Our Patient Advocate manages referrals to social service agencies.  These needs may include transportation vouchers, food and utility assistance, emergency referral costs, and other critical needs.
  • Limited mental health services are available.

To access our clinic services, you must first qualify as a patient.  Your income must be at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, you may not have any current health insurance, and you must be a Wyandotte County resident.

To become a Duchesne patient, please call the clinic at (913) 321-2626 and tell the receptionist that you are interested in qualifying.

At your qualification session, you will be asked to provide:

  • A picture ID
  • 4 paycheck stubs for everyone in your home to determine household income
  • Proof of residence (homeless individuals may also qualify)
  • A recent 1040 tax form
